Why this exists.
Quarternd is software for fund administration, built for GPs and fund controllers at emerging venture funds who run capital calls out of a spreadsheet, or pay an administrator who is slow and occasionally wrong.
The premise is narrow and specific: compute every number twice, by two independent engines, and refuse to move forward when they disagree. Every figure opens to show its full derivation. Fund administration is a business built on trust, and trust here is earned by making the math checkable, not by asking for it.
